SHIPPING

Once the purchase process is completed and after receiving the payment, the order will be sent to the address indicated by the User, and will be delivered through the assigned company.

The order must be received personally by the User or authorized person, who will have to prove his identity and must sign the delivery note.

The shipment will be made within 24 / 48h of the formalization of the order.

The transport rates are the following:

PVP NATIONAL(Peninsula) :

• -100€ (IVA INC) POSTAGE 7.50€
• + 100€ (IVA INC) POSTAGE PAID

PVP EUROPA:

• -150€ (IVA INC) POSTAGE 7.50€
• +150€ (IVA INC) POSTAGE PAID

PVP INTERNATIONAL: UNDER CONSULTATION

PV NATIONAL (peninsula):

• -300€ (IVA NO INCL) POSTAGE 7.50€

PV EUROPA:

• + 300€ (IVA NO INC) POSTAGE PAID

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 7 calendar days. You can notify us via email at info@calreibarcelona.com indicating the reason in the matter of the request. Subsequently, you must send the packaged product, and without having made any type of use of it, perfectly protected and postage paid. Once we receive it and check the status of the product, we will proceed to its replacement or payment, depending on your preference. You just have to send us the product in good condition, being the charge for the return postage to our facilities.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Cal Rei will accept the return of the product and will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount according to the modality of payment made, and in case of change, to the shipment of the new product.

Please note that Cal Rei does not accept shipments postage due.

Returns of personalized products will not be accepted.
